The Best Pre-Workout Snack Ever!

A pre-workout snack with carbs can properly fuel your body. Energy bites are easy to take on the go and provide a steady glucose release to keep you energized for your workout.

Full Recipe: 
6 scoops Herbalife24 Rebuild Strength, chocolate
1 TBSP chia seeds
1 TBSP flax seeds
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup dried plums, chopped 
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup almond butter
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 TBSP honey or agave syrup

For coating mixture: 
1 TBSP Herbalife24 Rebuild Strength, chocolate
1 TBSP dark cocoa powder

In a small bowl, combine flax and chia seeds with almond milk. Let us stand while you prepare remaining ingredients. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix. Roll protein bite mixture into 1” balls, then roll in coating mixture to coat. Line a covered storage container with waxed paper. Place protein bites on waxed paper, cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
